Love this place. A hidden gem & so underrated. Food is delicious & reasonably priced. Especially the street tacos. The staff is always very friendly & accommodating, especially the girl that's always working the front counter!

EVERYTIME we go to EC we eat plaza almost everyday if not everyday we are there...TACOS ARE FREAKING AMAZING.... I wish you would open up here in MN because I hate I only get to eat them a few times a year. If you want AUTHENTIC DELICIOUS TACOS go here 🌮!!! Five stars because it's some of the best tacos I've ever had. An unassuming storefront in a mall; they're not cheap, but not expensive either. You pay a modest price for gas tacos. 🌮 I'd recommend the chorizo.
I ordered the fajita burrito and got 3/4 rice and the remaining 1/4 was fajita veggies, lettuce, and sour cream. The burrito was overall quite dry and tasted only of seasoned rice. Their online menu states every burrito comes with beans, rice, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, and quac - I was missing the cheese, beans, tomatoes, and quac.
