Forrest Allen was amazing, and very sweet! Last few times I’ve been there, he’s been great!
The manager of the car wash was very rude because we were told we could vacuum our car next visit since it was getting maintenance so when we went back to get just a vacuum, she was very rude, saying I need to pay for a car wash to use the vacuum. I have a membership. She finally let us through but she was very rude and nasty about it, even raising her voice at me.
I've been through the car wash 3 times and it would not wash the lower sides of my car. The last time there was a boy out there. Pushing for people to join the club and I explained it to him. He said, sir. I'll make sure they do it right this time. Well, he didn't. And I went back around, I was going to tell the boy, look, the car wash didn't wash very well again, And he's just was very disrespectful. Was really no help at all.
