Used them years ago to ship a vehicle due to my husband getting orders int he military. At first they were great and quoted us on the lower end. Then after the truck was picked up I never heard from them again. It took us 2 months to get our vehicle and then they jacked up the price by several hundred. Lesson learned...don’t use plaza...we have moved again since and found a better company. This one takes advantage of military service members.

Horrible people answering their phones. (CHRIS) Worst attitudes, threatening demeanor, vulgar language, thinking they can tell us how/what to do. First, we contacted them about transporting our car. After they took our deposit payment, they went M.I.A. for days and days. After cancelling their 'deposit' payment through our bank, they called back multiple times TELLING US that they ARE shipping our car after we told them they werent, that they are sending a driver even though we told them we are not using their company. Plaza Auto Transport will quote you low, charge you the $150.00 deposit and then they will fail to arrange transport, call you back and on top of that you won't be able to set up with another company because your vehicle will be spotted by this company. Do not trust them and do not use them. Save yourself the aggravation.

Plaza Auto Transport - used them in late Feb. Car was picked up in California exactly when promised. Arrived earlier than expected in Georgia.( about 4 days ) Incredible. No issues anywhere. Great communication when needed. Recommend them.
