I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Plaza Automotive Group, specifically Plaza Kia in Richmond Hill. My experience with this dealership has been a complete disappointment. The general manager, Adam Stein, has shown a blatant disregard for customer service. Despite numerous attempts to contact him via email and phone regarding pressing issues, he has consistently ignored my inquiries.
