My very frail grandfather stayed here for less than 24 hours before he had to be readmitted to a hospital due to the fact that the staff missed his nightly medications. I was there by his bedside until 10pm and he still had not received his nightly meds, so my aunt went to the nurse's station to inquire about them. The Plaza at the Buckingham is a high priced skilled nursing facility for very wealthy seniors. Their Management takes pride in the exclusive premium costs they charge to their residents. The Buckingham/Plaza Management say that they expect their staff and employees to be friendly and motivated to serve their residents.
