I've lived here for over a year and the last property manager (Tonia) did a fantastic job with communication. Just as of recently, there was a change of management and communication took a dump. When recently renewing my lease, management entered into my unit to do a walk through without informing me at all. Also, there were multiple times when the water was shutdown and we were not given any prior notice (like today @ 5pm).
