This place needs to be renovated... This apartment complex is old. Very old. It is in dire need of a full-blown renovation. The only redeemable aspect of this complex is the size of the units. They are huge, however, that's really the only positive thing I have to say about this place. The carpets are disgusting, there are ants EVERYWHERE, the floors creak and you can hear EVERYTHING from the units around you, above you, and assuming, below you if you happen to live upstairs.
