This Park is kept up nicely but unfortunately the owner and the manager are not on the same page. Once again we ran into an issue with proration. The manager Sharon wasn’t sure if the owner would prorate but said she would ask. A few days later she told us he would. In regard to what my wife has said, and your comment that she cussed you, you have made it easy to determine who was telling us the truth. To Sharon, I apologize for doubting you, even though it was only in conversation with the owner, but we were only receiving hearsay evidence, which is always difficult to scrutinize when you get 2 different stories.
