I like living here. I think it is quite, I face the North parking lot and I never have had an issue with theft or it being busy. I have not seen homeless people around here, also the building is locked entry. I have an ESA for my dog and I didn't have an problems with them accepting me. When I have a maintenance request, Lavone is prompt, like same day getting it done. I have lived here for 8 years and I was planning on moving until we got Malina. She has done more for this place than any previous manager. She is kind, considerate and a great listener.
The office knows why they were given a three its not the new management, its the past management... Too much to list at this apt complex from day one of no hot water for almost 2 months, theft from inside job, police report made, only thing that happened was they moved one of the maintenance to a new location after he tried to come in without a work order ...2 vandalisms, one totalled my suv completely out, lost my truck...too much to keep listing. The property manager is fantastic. I had scheduled a tour for a specific apartment, but she showed me three apartments, and I decided on a different one that better suited my needs.I was glad she took the time to show me a different apartment instead of honing in on the apartment I scheduled to tour. She has been very helpful throughout this entire process. I chose to move to Plaza 93 because of the personal attention and friendliness of the property manager.
