Had a wonderful community barbecue today. Nothing better to beat the heat than a cold drink and grilled meat. Neighbors came together and had a great time. Lived here for a long time and this is the first community event I've been to, but it was the best.
I like living here. I think it is quite, I face the North parking lot and I never have had an issue with theft or it being busy. I have not seen homeless people around here, also the building is locked entry. I have an ESA for my dog and I didn't have an problems with them accepting my pittie Nala. When I have a maintenance request, Lavone is prompt, like same day getting it done. The tenants here are quite, I have ran into some friendly people. I moved into Plaza 93 apartments at the end of November and I have had no issues at all. I had a couple of request and they were done expeditiously and the right way our property management name is Rochelle and she is awesome. I mean when I say she gets right to it She does, when they come to do the monthly exterminator thing I mean Very professional gives us a notice before they come in and it’s just a smooth transition all the way I work late so I like to rest you know when I come home but it’s so quiet no shenanigans and ... read more
New property manager is one of the best you have hired. Not rude and is honest! Very professional ~ maintenance also does a great job there you have now too.
