I really don't know what is going on with Management. This place seems to be poorly managed and is terrible with communication. For the amount of money they charge for rent, you would think it would be better service. Not true. Garbage has not been emptied for almost two weeks, the grounds are littered with rubbish. Its ridiculous. I do not recommend this place.
First of all I want to start off saying this place is a horrible place to live. The way they treat you is like you don't matter. They will ignore you and will never help you. Instead they simply tell you to read the lease. The manager Mindy (I'm not sure how to actually spell her name) she's an older woman that is extremely rude and bitter. She will barely do the bare minimum of her job. She will make your life harder if she can help it. Last time they made me pay over 2000 in fees and didn't honor a previous agreement.
