I am very disappointed with the service we received at this pharmacy. My mother has chronic medical conditions and has been taking the same medications every month since she arrived in Canada. All her medical information is clearly documented in her file. Despite this, we were asked unnecessary and repetitive questions in a manner that felt unprofessional and inappropriate. Been with this pharmacy since it opened. While I've moved away from the area, I've intentionally kept my prescription with these wonderful people. Rami and Moe are exceptional individuals. The care and concern, they and their amazing staff, afford their clientiel is geniunely first class. Any questions or concerns brought forward are professionally addressed and leaves no room for any misinterpretation. Truly amazing people. To my mind, a benchmark for all other pharmacies.
