I'm not impressed with this place. I won't be taking my bike back here for repairs again. I'll be looking for a new bike shop.
My first experience was going to the store for a pair of good walking shoes. The young woman asked my shoe size and brought out several pr to try on. None of them seemed to fit right so I asked her if they had a Brannock device, I got the deer-in-the headlights look. I told her a measuring device for your foot size. The young woman left and came back several minutes later indicating that she could not find one. Tried on two more pairs and left without making a purchase. Fantastic support and service. Came in to explore a new bike for my son and left ready to ride. The staff knew exactly what we needed, did not oversell us, and were very patient with all of our questions. We will be back for all of our bike needs going forward.
