I had the pleasure of working with Todd Gordon, General Manager and Salesperson, when selecting my new Cervélo. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Todd did a great job. In addition to fitting my bike, he gave me some recommendations to correct some of the”poor form” habits I have been practicing.
I just called Playtri in a rush because my husband’s wheelchair tube went flat. All wheelchair repair shops are closed at the moment. The young man on the phone was extremely friendly and was helpful in assisting me. While they don’t carry the type of tube needed, he offered to install it for us once we did find the correct wheelchair tire tube. His level of customer service is so refreshing these days. I kick myself because I cannot remember his name. Thank you.
