Jeff and his team are a pleasure to work with and truly go above and beyond. They replaced our liner, pump, and fixed our filtration system. All of this started with a detailed measurement of our pool to ensure the custom liner was accurately ordered. Throughout the process Jeff stayed engaged and let us know where things were and when we could expect our liner to be installed. Jeff at Playtime Pools came to our rescue when our pool opened with 50 % of the water gone. I waited patiently for another pool company to come. Jeff came the same day I called him. He was quick to diagnose, order replacement liner and put it in within 3 weeks. The best!
