If you choose to do business with Playtime Pools, I strongly recommend getting a written estimate upfront, confirming the hourly labor rate, and being present while the work is completed. I was charged $150 per hour for 3 hours of labor to replace a union on my pool pump—which involved cutting and gluing PVC—and to put my liner back into place on two corners. This place of business is one of the worst. They will leave your pool looking DIRTY with sand in it. If you complain to the owner, he will not be very nice about it. In addition, the owner does not check behind his crew members and expects you to be the one who observe his own worker's work. I would run away from this place of business.
