TEST ALL BEFORE YOU BUY Purchased intimate battery operated object and did not function went to return 20 minutes later and they said only exchange when went to test new one it DID NOT work either. They still refused to refund money even though the item we purchased was bad and all the ones on the shelf were bad. Playthings I love this store... It has absolutely EVERYTHING you can imagine or think of... The best store ever!!! Everytime I go there, I end up leaving with soooo many more things that I had anticipated. A little pricey, but worth it!
Shop elsewhere Poor customer service. Completely inflexible "don't ever bring anything back into the store" policy - no returns, no exchanges. Not even for a different size of the same item. Rude staff, rude manager. Absolutely zero commitment to retaining customers. There are plenty of other places to shop.
