5 stars go to Rita.. she was working alone last week Monday, no helping hand what so ever!! From greetings to coffee to the meal orders and cleaning and dealing with people!! Why was she even working alone?? She was under pressure, stressed out and overwhelmed. She is an absolute gem for still having a smile on her face and handling the whole place on her own.

Have been to this play centre a few times but after visiting newer centres this is my observation: 1- it’s absolutely ridiculous to charge babies under 1 an $8 entry fee. This alone is enough reason for me to not come back. It used to be free. 2- I understand the no food/allergen policy. However this is understandable only to a certain extent. The staff are aggressive with this one. If a child wants to have an apple from their bag, or the parent comes in with a coffee, it’s absolutely ridiculous to prevent them. It screams “... read more

It has taken me a little over a month to write this review, my experience in Early September was nothing short of a nightmare. I Was the first to enter once they opened for the day and myself and toddler were not greeted kindly or with any interest. You asked if I’d been before and I said I hadn’t and then didn’t follow up with any info like where to find toilets or menu items etc. there was no line behind me so you definitely were in no rush? Always a great experience at Playshed thanks to Rita & Vanessa. Both very lovely, friendly & helpful. High standards & cleanliness. Make great coffee & delicious food. Pleasure to deal with & the main reason I keep coming back. Amazing service all round. Thank you, Danijela 😊
