I have been here twice and both times I have experienced very Poor costumer service skills. Staff are unable too provide basic manners like being polite, smiling and even lack the ability to say hello back to you. If your staff are unable to be friendly and have basic manners in a child setting that job isn’t for them.

Disgustingly dirty. For the fee you pay it should be decently clean. Everything is stained, ball pit probably has never been cleaned since it was first set up. The roof was leaking with water and nobody batted an eye. With some cleaning, maintenance and improved lighting this could be great.
Amazing space with so much to do. My daughter loved it, and we will be going back again
