This was by far the worst experience I have had with a OT. We made our expectations and goals very clear before the first consultation and rather then simply telling us that’s not something they would be able to provide they continued to set us up with a teams consultation which again we made it clear on what we were after. Again nothing was said about maybe not being a good fit until after the first session. Mary-Jo built a strong and meaningful rapport with my son, providing highly effective and tailored support that greatly benefited his development.
