Everything organised perfectly!
I rented two kayaks for the week to use on Lake Leelanau. Rental online was super easy and customer service very responsive. Will definitely be renting from PlayNorth again next summer!
Really fantastic responsiveness and effort from Alex. We rented a ski boat and skis as well as a standup paddleboard for the weekend on the lake. Alex was extremely responsive and delivered everything to our house within 45 minutes of texting. They also have a super convenient communication service where you call the number, but if they don’t answer the phone, you can just text with them which made communication seamless. 100 percent recommend and will definitely rent from them again.
Couldn’t have been a better experience: super friendly, right on time, very clear orientation, great equipment. We would book again!
