Renting a pontoon was easy , smooth and professional from Alex at PlayNorth WaterSports. Communication was clear and the boat was lovely with no issues. Outstanding customer service and as a lifelong boater I would rent again. Highly recommend!

We rented kayaks, which were dropped off and picked up right on schedule. Called the day before with the address of the rental, then Alex followed up with texts en route, and found the lakeside turnoff with no problem. The kayaks, vests, and paddles were all in good condition and a pleasure to use. We will definitely rent from PlayNorth the next time we're on Lake Leelanau.
We had the best experience renting a boat and 2 jet ski’s from Alex and PlayNorth. He is professional, kind, on time and everything worked great. Highly recommend!
