Never pick up the phone! I bought a play set and wanted to order some accessories. They took 3 weeks to ship a swing to Suwanee GA. Even their Canton location (main location) has no idea when you call them. Poorly run business!
We’ve had the best experience with this company. The first playset we chose wasn’t perfect for our yard and they helped us choose the perfect one, even though it meant a little less $ in their pocket. We absolutely recommend them and wish everyone could have a Playnation set!
Playnation is amazing! We visited the showroom several times to decide which playset would best fit our backyard and would grow with our son. The staff (especially Elizabeth) was wonderful and always very helpful on every visit. Install day was seamless. Chris was very professional and answered any questions we had. Would definitely recommend Playnation to anyone looking for safe and quality play equipment!!
Wonderful Experience! I was hesitant at first b/c of some of the negative comments, however those appear to relate to previous ownership and I couldn't be happier with the service and quality of the swing-set we bought for Christmas this year. It was installed by them today and looks amazing! The manager at the store was so patient and helpful in going over the different options with me and was great to get to see what the sets looked like in person.
