Absolutely terrible customer service. I was trying to get a missing piece for a game that was gifted to me and yet made me feel like I did something wrong. I will never purchase a game by such a terrible company. I am writing this review to spread the word on shitty customer service and an overall greedy, selfish company.
Trying to get replacement pieces that are MISSING from the box is like pulling teeth. Spend your money elsewhere.

Got permanently laid off less than a month before Christmas, HR lady is condescending and cant do her job makes constant mistakes with all employees. Would not recommend.
