We've been visiting Playground Plaza for a few years and have really loved it up until this year. It has gone terribly downhill and it's really disappointing, as it used to be such a great place to visit. There are holes in the walls, unclean surfaces, and many of the fun items have been removed. All of this and the price of admission has only increased. Likely will not be returning.

Mirroring everyone else’s reviews. It’s a great concept and big facility. They definitely need to clean it up and fix huge holes in the wall. I was here a year ago and it was banged up, I was hoping it was temporary and would be repaired. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Fun play place for kids but a lot of money for two kids (~$30). The place is worn down, lots of holes in the walls and the water fountain and sink were shut off. Had to go into the bathroom to refill water bottles. No enforcement of rules, when you go you just have to hope the other kids are well behaved. Sometimes parents let their kids go without socks or big kids take over the bouncer and don’t let the toddlers bounce safely. We used to come here weekly and now hardly go.
