The worker decided that he wanted to drop off the bounce house hours before the event started and then pick up way to early. While he was picking up he decided he wanted to cuss at and smart off to the owner of the house and deflated the bounce house while people were in it cause a few people to fall. When leaving he decided to shout obscene and vulgar language. We've always loved renting our inflatables from this company. They're honest, dependable and always on time. Their inflatables are clean and don't stink.

This company decided to cancel my reservation on the day of my kid's birthday party, and rented it to a church instead. They were unapologetic and nasty!
