Love this gym! I came in recovering from a shoulder injury, and thanks to the knowledgeable trainers, I’ve not only recovered but I’ve gotten stronger than ever. They’re always there to guide you, answer questions, and give support after classes. The workouts are insanely challenging, but the energy in the room and the amazing community make you want to push harder.

The trainers at this gym have great energy and are extremely motivating. I started taking group classes but transitioned into individual personal training with Shae. I felt like I had plateaued in my fitness journey and was not making any progress. Shae helped me break through that ceiling and has equipped me with the tools, knowledge, and resilience to achieve my goals. It has been an amazing experience with Playground! The coaches are absolutely fantastic—knowledgeable, motivating, and always there to offer guidance and support. The atmosphere in the classes is electric, with everyone encouraging each other, making each session fun and energizing. If you're looking for a great workout and an awesome community, this is the place to be!
