Had a beer upstairs and enjoyed the awesome music & band. Really nice atmosphere upstairs.
I had a backpack; the upstairs bartenders were snooty and condescending, not welcoming at all, even though I had a $16 shot of Scotch and left a $4 tip. The security guard asked me if he could help me. Customer service severely lacking. I guess they don’t need my business. In all fairness, I’m sure they’re very nice if you look young and/or rich.

Come when Heart and Soul is playing. Service is slow but friendly. Atmosphere is great.
