The wait staff were reluctant... and one of them just seemed to want to stare across the room at us. We came in there to get a quick bite before the show we were going to and ended up ordering from the very thoughtful/polite bartender. The food was good. We were there around 7pm. There were 8 customers on the lower level and we could see the two waitresses 90% of the time. Gave us water and never came back that's when we ordered from the bartender
