I had major issues with the contractor that Playgo initially recommended to perform the installation. The contractors name is Robert Mazely, Valor Industries, LLC, and he is located in Springfield, LA. During installation, Mr. Mazely ripped the vinal liner and ghosted me before completing the project. Playgo pools purchased me a new pool liner and recommended another contactor; which happened to be a local pool professional. The new contractor is wonderful and I anticipate completion of the project early next month.

The pool is well designed and built and very flexible to install above ground, in-ground, or semi-inground. The install was a little bit harder than shown in the video. I recommend hiring a professional crew for the install. So far everything is going well. But stay tuned. We haven’t finished all the work yet.
