Wait time in my experience was quite quick, no less than five minutes to see the doctor. However, inside the doctors office was quite different. I had gone in for a viral infection and what I thought to be a gastrointestinal issue too. The doctor quickly waived off my concerns of symptoms and simply prescribed me antibiotics. When I began to ask more questions I was gestured out of the room. No medical certificate, no advice on how to take the antibiotics (as doctors should to stop resistance), nothing. One of the worst and arrogant doctors in Adelaide
Extremely hostile doctor and completely incompetent reception staff. The receptionist took my card—which clearly had my new address on it—and completely missed it. Then the doctor had the absolute nerve to speak to me in an aggressive, rude, and disrespectful way over their own staff's mistake. I was there with my children, and we were made to feel completely uncomfortable and belittled. The reception staff are useless and the doctor's behavior was outrageously unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs.
I've been coming here for a year and had neuroaffirming and supportive experiences. They have useful reminder services as well to avoid forgetting appointments or regular tests. Update: I have continued coming to this clinic and have found the team to be very supportive! The admin staff especially work so hard in supporting the doctors and keeping the clinic running smoothly. I have even travelled from 30 mins to an hour to come here, because I value them so highly. Amazing work!
