Practice is useless. I booked a telehealth appt for 1130am.. called them at 3pm to be advised i would be called before 7pm.. and its now after 7pm and no call...people who are unwell cant monitor their phone all day... if i could select zero stars i would.. will be looking for another practice.. now im without a medical certificate for work...
The receptionist John was extremely rude and condescending.
Terrible service from one particular receptionist when trying to book over the phone. Ridiculous wait times (up to 1hr for a BOOKED appt, 30ish mins on a regular day which is appealing anyway). Doctors rush you and don't give you time to discuss whatever it is you wanted to discuss with them, and only one issue allowed to be discussed per appointment. Very sad considering this place used to run smoothly and was reliable. Definitely considering going to a different clinic.
It can be busy but the doctors are all great
It's a good place with very nice doctors, but my bad experience was with one of the reception lady with black hair she was rude with no respect,she need to learn manners
