The main doctor I see is Dr Rajib Chaudhuri, he’s a good doctor that helped me with a few health issues. Always good to have a chat with him as well!
Terrible administration and receptionist. They cancel the appointment whenever they want or deny the booked appointment. But when you are late for five minute, they ask for extra money. The worst medical centre.
Been trying to get an urgent appointment for my daughter for nearly a month now. Have had more than 4 cancelled last minute even after confirming it the day before.
Absolute rip off as they are still charging a very high price to see a doctor in a low economic area when majority of practices are keen to 100% bulk bill..GREEDY medical centre..with it's extra $10 costs too for no reason at all..go elsewhere it's free around the corner just tap your Medicare card..Asking people to pay a HUGE fee in an area like Smithfield plains is a disgrace!! Please don't support this..
Gone downhill quite a bit. The drs keep moving away from this clinic so it's a struggle to see the same one. I have been on hold for 20+ minutes at this stage trying to speak to someone. Last 4 times I came in I was told they tried contacting me to reschedule cause my dr is not in, but no-one bothered to confirm my phone number to check if it's correct, which hasn't changed since I started going here, and I still receive text messages to confirm my appointments.
