Honestly one of the worst doctors in the north. Will easily charge you $40 if you’re late or miss your appointment but will run six people behind be shocked your irritated. Half the desk staff are beyond stuck up and need a reality check.
not the first time this has happened. but i booked a telehealth appointment for 4:30pm it is now 8:30 and i still haven’t heard anything, i also called to see when he was going call the lady said 7. it’s ridiculous they should not be allowed to do that. not to mention you get a $40 not attend fee yet the doctors can fail at their jobs and not call, if you don’t have the time to do a appointment don’t have them available, people are sick and need help it’s not fair whatsoever
In my experience, I have not had to wait too long and can understand that doctors come across emergencies that may delay appointments. Doctors and reception staff are lovely, given they are one of the busiest places I've been.
40 minute wait, can't read a chart right, receptionist was rude and dismissive but they at least didn't cause any harm? Passable if you have no other options, otherwise go elsewhere.
Absolutely the worst "doctors" in the country 1, they dont speak English and when u ask them what they said they just ignore you. 2, they demand you book a double appointment for the smallest of things like 5 minutes of writing 3, they legit refuse to do mental health plans for people because they dont want to be responsible for it
