In my experience, I have not had to wait too long and can understand that doctors come across emergencies that may delay appointments. Doctors and reception staff are lovely, given they are one of the busiest places I've been.
40 minute wait, can't read a chart right, receptionist was rude and dismissive but they at least didn't cause any harm? Passable if you have no other options, otherwise go elsewhere.
Absolutely the worst "doctors" in the country 1, they dont speak English and when u ask them what they said they just ignore you. 2, they demand you book a double appointment for the smallest of things like 5 minutes of writing 3, they legit refuse to do mental health plans for people because they dont want to be responsible for it
Booked a Telehealth appointment for my son at 6pm (I’m at work all day) says in the email he will ring at 6pm, they attempted to ring me at 10:15am, 8 hours before my appointment, called them back and was told the doctor will ring at anytime so to answer it. Like the doctors practice your patients are also working and actually needed to rebook when it was important. I missed the second call again because no warning.
There used to be a duty of care for patients. Have sat there for well over an hour for some appointments but when you're a daughter is 5 minutes late for an appointment and she calls to apologise and that she can be there in 5 minutes she's told no and that she'll have to pay the fee before she can make another appointment absolutely disgraceful.
