My daughter has been doing workout with PFP for about 2 weeks now and she really likes it. The evaluation made her aware of her strength and weakness and enabled the staff to design a workout program for her. After each workout she is always excited to tell me how much she decreased her biking time. Aside from making her stronger PFP is helping with her confidence.
Devin and Adam go out of their way to make me feel welcome and help me “fit in” even though I’m starting from a very low point and older than anyone!
My kids both feel stronger and more confident after 4-week at PFP. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Fantastic program for young athletes that balances physical improvement and mindset.
The staff are very friendly and easy to talk too, and the beginning warm up is very easy and a great way to get ready to work out. The workouts are challenging and put at the right level of hardness as I need. Every day there is always something fun happening, and it really gives out the friendliness and warm welcomes that you get. It is always a wonderful feeling showing up.
