Playa West alarmists. i’ve been giving them my business for years and they overcharge for diagnosis which should be free, give my vehicle back in worse condition (most recent time they didn’t screw my hubcaps on all the way), over-price recommendations, and always act like my car is about to break down any minute unless i pay for their recommendations. running a business by causing fear in your customers isn’t the best business model .They also are understaffed and will take your car all day with little to no updates. get an... read more
Bright my car in for brakes. Immediately after they were making noise. I brought it back and they charged me to look at it and say nothing was the matter. It’s been rattling for a couple years and I brought it in again and they tell me there’s no record of it coming back and they triple charge me to tell me the something in or near brakes have been rattling and then asked me if I took it anywhere else.
