I would like to give the staff around of applaud for going beyond their employee expectations. I observed them and seen how stressed they were being underaged and getting last minute order 9pm from DOOR DASH for over $300 to $500 and forced to stay beyond what NJAC LAWS & NJDOL laws require . Even though the food is good, they have an awful costumer service at this location specifically. I’ve been eating at playa bowls for at least two years and the girls that work there consistently have an attitude. They are young so I guess that’s why they are more worried about chatting to each other rather than being nice to the customers. loud obnoxious music, not the playa bowls vibe when i walked in. in a different language. ethnic music very loud. bowl was fine but wanted to feel the beachy vibe definitely did not. will not be coming back.
