Having had lots of acai bowls at various places, I was a little disappointed with the quality of this one. At this price point, I expect fresher fruit. A lot of the fruit on this bowl had to be removed and thrown out as it was bad. The acai and mango base were delicious, so still giving it 3 stars.
This place has been amazing finding!!!! So far I like everything I have had!!! I do TikTok’s and Facebook post on playa bowl all the time
The young lady who served me had the worst attitude that I have ever experienced at a playa bowls. The bowl was sloppy and she didn't put the correct items on it.
Unfortunately, my experience was not what I expected. From the moment I walked in, the customer service did not feel particularly welcoming or friendly. The açaí bowl itself was also disappointing, as the fruit did not taste fresh. I hope the quality of the food and customer service can be improved, as I would have expected a more pleasant experience.
