Staff is awesome.
This establishment has clearly declined since it first opened. Today, I placed an order for an acai bowl through the Playa Bowl app, and my husband went to pick it up. Although he presented the confirmation number as required by the posted sign, staff still demanded the ID of the person who placed the order, citing concerns about people “stealing” orders.
