Smells very fresh and clean inside of the store. Customer service was excellent, I love Playas Bowl and it is always my first choice.
I’ve given Playa Bowls multiple chances, but unfortunately my order is almost always wrong. Whether it’s missing toppings, incorrect bases, or substitutions I didn’t ask for, there always seems to be an issue. For the price you pay, accuracy should not be this inconsistent. It’s frustrating to get home and realize the bowl isn’t what you ordered, especially when you’re expecting something specific. I wish my service was as good as my food. I went thinking that I was going to receive great customer service but I was wrong. I had an encounter with an employee, Got a good look at the name tag I believe the name was Elijah. He looked at me in a rude manner and uttered something as he did so. Not so sure what that was about or why but it did make me feel uncomfortable.
