If I could give ZERO stars, I would! I have given the Playa Bowls White Plains location two different chances in the past month and both times the experience left me feeling disappointed. When I walked in to pick up my order, the staff were behind the counter talking amongst themselves and did not acknowledge me until a family walked in behind me.
