My first time trying these place was about two weeks ago. I have been and got me a bowl every day since then I wanna give a special shout out to Jennifer at the ninth Street location in Durham North Carolina. She is amazing since the first time I’ve been going in there. She’s been amazing. Amazing customer service amazing bowls she’s always upbeat nice smiling she actually knows my name now and it’s only been two weeks I love these bowls so much. I had such a great experience at Playa Bowls! The food was absolutely delicious and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. What really stood out to me, though, was the service. The staff was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they made sure everything was perfect. You could tell they genuinely cared about making sure customers had a great experience.
