Great customer service excellent product
I usually don’t write reviews, but this experience was completely unacceptable. I went to Playa with friends who order the exact same thing every time, made the same way. Unfortunately, some of the employees don’t listen—and then become rude when we try to correct the order. They repeatedly made my friend’s drink wrong, and then made mine with coconut milk after I specifically asked for oat milk.
