I’m not sure how this place has received the good reviews it has. I have been here over a dozen times and each time the customer service is non-existent. You are rarely greeted. No one is warm and friendly. And the prices have increased while the bowls are inconsistent, and noticeably less full than they used to be. I’d travel farther for the Portchester location just to receive better hospitality and much fuller bowls.
They even let me try a sample, which i very much appreciated. Definitely know what im getting next time i come! Thank you Darien Playa Bowl!
Katie is very attentive and professional.
Food is always fresh. Atmosphere is calm and friendly. Can’t go wrong with the peanut butter coconut bowl! Also a great vegan option in Darien.
