I had an amazing experience at Playa Bowls and had to give it 5 stars, especially because of the service. From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming and smooth, but what really stood out was one employee in particular—Chloe Dolan. Chloe was seriously awesome. got their Tropical Acai Bowl, a strawberry banana and my favorite of the three, their new Coconut madness Matcha! it was like eating ice cream with sweet mangoes and fresh strawberries! i cleaned that bowl right up lol inside was clean and had a nice summer vibe. Parking is of course tricky but luckily its close to a parking garage. Overall a wonderful visit and definitely a nice sweet treat minus the guilt!! lol
During my visit, I experience good customer service; employees are kind and helpful with navigating the menu. The Dragonberry Bowl with Kale instead of Honey, tastes scrumptious (the contrast between the Kale and other ingredients really brings out the sweeter flavors to a less sharp capacity). Popped in here for a Yelp event, and they were generous with the mango and toppings, though some of the fruit was still frozen. Mango bowl was delicious, a great alternative to the dragonfruit or acai bowls. The summer Bahama vibe inside with decor and style. Parking is street or muni lot.
