when i went in on sunday morning the staff was great! they made my bowl so well. will definitely be returning!!!
When I visited the store today, I witnessed a very upset customer being rude to the three staff members working. Despite the store being busy, the team remained professional and courteous, assisting everyone. I want to give a shoutout to the girls working during that time for upholding high standards and still making our order with care.
Will not be coming back to this location after the experience I had today. I went on a Monday around 12:30, and from the moment I stepped up to order, the staff was unbelievably rude. The brown haired girl who took the order clearly didn’t have much patience with me from the start. I mentioned I had a nut allergy she acted completely dismissive, barely spoke, and then told us to “walk away” while she started helping the customers behind us even though we hadn’t even paid yet.
