I come to the West Chester location all the time and it never ever disappoints. The customer service is A+ and they’re such nice people. The bowls are always awesome and they come out on time/early every time. Great store.
The girls got my last two orders wrong and I placed them online, where they could read the order. Disappointed at that. Then last weekend I went in and ordered 3 bowls for my family. It took them about a half hour to make them. They all came out runny and one of them was only half full. I can't stand paying $45 each time I order and these kids getting my order wrong or not up to the quality I am use to with Playa Bowls.
