absolutely horrible. i ordered online about 10 minutes in advanced for pickup, got to the store when it said my order was ready. i walked in and there were 3 workers, i said “hi im here for pickup” and got completely ignored. so i just waited on the side thinking they would give it to me. i ended up waiting 20 minutes and not a single one of the workers asked if they could help me. i ended up walking out with nothing because i had an appointment that i was about to miss. didn’t even get a refund.
First açaí bowl ever and I’m sold! Officially addicted and planning on sending my husband back to get one tomorrow 😂 I walked in today and was greeted by a woman who was very friendly and informative she may have been the owner I’m not sure. However she explained how it works you can either build your own bowl or choose one that is already on the menu. I chose one on the menu and added on extras. So good can’t wait to try the other bases and smoothies!
