I love it here!! The only playa bowls in the tri state that ACTUALLY KNOWS HOW TO MAKE A BOWL. the pitaya bowl was amazing! The pitaya was actually nice and frozen. The way it should be. I've been to playa bowls in Jersey and Pa and they give me a smoothie in a bowl .... If I wanted a smoothie texture pitaya I would just order a smoothie -__- this location needs to give nationwide lessons on how bowls should be made. The Açaí bowls are very good. The staff are very friendly but do check custom orders. I’ve had two instances where an ingredient ordered was missing. On one occasion it was picked up by someone else, otherwise I might have noticed.
One of our favorite Playa locations, the team members are friendly and really helpful. My green juice was perfect and our dragonfruit bowls were made perfectly. The owner runs the shop really well and goes above and beyond!
I just got my bowls today and 3 bowls took over 40 mins. Each bowl was made wrong and underfilled. I couldn't ask them to fix it because I was in a rush from the bowls taking so long. Every time I go, the bowls get more underfilled and take longer. Used to be good.
