Horrible experience. My husband and I came in during the last 10 minutes before closing, and the employee with the facial piercing was making unprofessional, indirect comments, saying things like, “someone came in during the last 10 minutes and left me a review.” It was clearly directed at us and made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Very frustrating experience. At 8:28 PM, Uber shows the restaurant as closed, even though their website says they close at 9 PM. When I called, they said they close in 15 minutes but refuse to accept Uber orders because drivers take too long to arrive. That makes no sense. Customers rely on your posted hours, and refusing orders before closing time is misleading and unprofessional.
This visit was disappointing. The bowls looked very rushed and sloppy compared to what’s usually advertised and my experiences—toppings were unevenly thrown on and overall presentation was poor. On top of that, the employee who helped me had a noticeable attitude, which made the experience uncomfortable. For the price, I expect better quality and customer service.
