They have no sense of time in this place, I have been waiting 2 hours for a Bowl and Smoothie
The staff double charged me. They said payment didn't go through so I paid again. Both went through - even my tip. When I realized this and called to report it, the phone was offline. Staff was unfriendly during my visit and the lack of an in-service phone further proves they aren't customer focused here. Playa Bowl is usually fine but stay away from this location.
This one girl threw my bowl at me when I asked if they could change one of the ingredients because I had forgotten to take something out and absolutely ruined my 600 dollar sweater
