I had the worst experience at this Playa Bowls in Wayne today. I ordered online, and had to wait 15 minutes for a Nutelloco bowl after arriving on time to pick it up. The name indicates Nutella would be on the bowl, but they left that off. The shop was mostly empty. The staff was not busy, rather focused on gossiping about their co-workers and playing on their phones. Today I had the worst experience at playa bowl. The two staff members on duty were very unprofessional. I ordered an 8th Ave and requested apples to be added knowing there is an additional fee. The server told me "the computer doesn't allow that." I ordered the same item multiple times from this location but I didn't argue just order a traditional 8th Ave. The server had an attitude prior to my order but now her frustration was now obvious.
