Today I had the worst experience at playa bowl. The two staff members on duty were very unprofessional. I ordered an 8th Ave and requested apples to be added knowing there is an additional fee. The server told me "the computer doesn't allow that." I ordered the same item multiple times from this location but I didn't argue just order a traditional 8th Ave. The server had an attitude prior to my order but now her frustration was now obvious. Great service and staff. Very clean.
I’ve come here twice and both times it’s been such a disappointment. This was the worst playa bowls I have ever had in my whole life and I’ve been to more than 10 different locations. My açaí bowl was STILL ICY AND INEDIBLE! And the bowl was half full are you joking????!!! I paid $30 to get shitty açaí bowls for me and my sister.
