Walked in and both employees seemed unhappy and disgruntled. Zero hospitality. They made a mistake by forgetting to make one of the bowls I ordered. When I pointed this out, she just said that she only saw one. I told her I paid for two, and she went to the register to discover in fact I did pay for two. She never offered up an apology or acknowledged her mistake.
I used to love this place, but my tropical bowl today wasn't as good as before because the pineapple was spoiled.
Kayla provides excellent customer service with a friendly attitude and a genuine willingness to help. She listens carefully, responds quickly, and always makes sure the customer feels valued and supported.
