I am writing due to the horrible customer supervise j received. I purchased 2 bowls on 12/23 at 8:12pm when walking home from work. I get home and my order is completely wrong so I call the location to inform them and was told to come back and it will be remade. I come back and was told I can’t get it remade once I left the store. So I had to repurchase the bowls and therefore bought 4 bowls that completely went to waste. I used to love this location. But ever since they got new rules with customization I’ve gone less and less frequently. Every time I ask for a substitution… my bowl is ALWAYS incorrect. Today they missed one of my toppings that we will still always gladly charge. UPDATE: went again and they got my order incorrect again. wish i noticed at the location because i wouldve asked for a refund. SMH. last time they will get my business.
