Hello, I am very unsatisfied with the service that I received today at playa bowls in Lawrence ny. Apparently it was not what I ordered. I went back and tried to correct the situation by receiving what I had ordered and it was a guy in there young guy, short black guy Who refused to remake my order which I paid for he said he could not do it I said, but this is not what I ordered. Amazing customer service! I ordered through uber and called to let them know my wife has diet restrictions because she is pregnant. They included a cute note and you can tell it was made with love! 10/10 best bowls ever. Thank you to the kind man on the phone.
