Every time I visit the team is always hospitable. They offer suggestions and remind me to enter my loyalty number. Customer service is a big deal to me and it's what keeps me coming back for the Nutella bowls.
I had such a great experience at Playa Bowls today! Kendall was wonderful. She was so friendly and took the time to have a really nice conversation with me. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in what she does. Dakota was also very sweet and helpful. It’s always nice to walk into a business and receive such genuine customer service. Both girls made my visit a great experience, and Kendall is definitely an asset to the Poughkeepsie location!
It is very good all the way around my issue is two points prices are kind if expensive and I can hardly pronounce what I like most of the time lol
