20 min for one bowl is crazy. Definitely not enough workers. Please train staff to apologize when it takes so long.

The employees are always super friendly and fast and the ingredients in the bowls are high quality and very tasty! My favorites are the pitaya, coconut and passion fruit bowls and also the chicory iced coffee
