I ordered delivery - ended up missing 2 of the bowls ordered. Had to go pick them up, no way to refund tip as its a third party delivery ordered through Playa Bowls website. Called store no answer (twenty minutes), no manager on duty so there was "Nothing they could do." Left a message - wondering if they'll reach out to apologize or make it right.

While visiting Playa Bowl at Whitehouse Station I was mistakenly charged for the wrong item and I did not receive the price difference. I was told to reach out to Playa Bowl’s customer support however, I found no contact info. Additionally, an hour or two after consuming my bowl my throat became severely sore and I began feeling sick following sniffles.

I never been insulted in my life like this. She yelled at me because I didn’t stand at the right place for the register. I really hope that Rachel isn’t the manager or the owner of this place and if she is the manager or the owner should fire her. She was quite rude to me. I’ve never been in this store before I’ve been to others. I know they’re franchisees. I hope this person‘s franchise is taken away from them. I’m sorry because I misunderstood what an Aloha bowl.

15 minute wait for 1 bowl and one smoothie. Absolutely ridiculous
