Always such a wonderful experience at Playa Bowls in Somerville. The employees are wonderful, service is great and food is always perfect!
Usually a good place and I enjoy the Playa Bowls even though they only fill them up maybe 3/4 of the way. Today I placed an online order and they charged my credit card while they had closed early today at 6pm with it saying order completed when no one was even at the store to take the order and there is no way for me to request a refund aside the email I sent which I have done before without a response.
